Good to know
- Book well ahead. There are only a few limousines in the area.
- Limos do not go everywhere. Long trips to Tulum, Costa Mujeres and some areas are on request; the booking form shows what is available for your hotel.
- Luggage space is limited compared with a van. For a group with a lot of luggage, add a group van for the bags.
How it works
- Book online with your flight number, hotel and number of passengers. You receive a confirmation email with the meeting point.
- Land, clear immigration and customs, then walk straight through the exit hall. The people offering free rides or tours inside are mostly timeshare sellers.
- Meet your driver outside the terminal. They hold a sign with your name and follow your flight, so a delay is not a problem.
- Ride straight to your hotel with no stops at other hotels.
