The launch of the safe travel stamp has the full support of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).  It also has the support of more than 200 CEOs of the group’s main companies in the sector worldwide. This stamp will make things easier for travelers. It will provide travelers confidence about hygiene and sanitation in establishments and companies. Hotels, restaurants, airlines, airports, and cruises, among other tourism-related activities, will be part of this. Carlos Joaquín, Governor of Quintana Roo, referred that “the Mexican Caribbean and Cancun fully join the measures by the WTTC. All of this with the aim of the prevention and safety of travelers.

The new safety travel protocols recently by the WTTC are following the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO).
