This is not the typical Mexican Home/Villa this has a USA/Canadian Luxury type finish. Each Bedroom is set up more like a Master Suite. They all have there own private full bathrooms. Ideal for multi family vacations. This gated secured community of Playacar (phase 1) is less than a 5-minute walk to downtown Playa Del Carmen and the house is less than 50 footsteps from the beach.

There are two master suites, one of them on the main level with the living room, and private access to swimming pool, The other master suite is upstairs very large and is just incredible, there is a seating area and office in the upstairs master suite that includes a Trundle Bed that turns into a nice double bed (in case you have a child that wants to stay close to mom and dad), Large gourmet kitchen, dining room, and large covered porch and pool (all with wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea).

When traveling to Playa del Carmen you need to go thru the Cancun Airport which is about 45 minutes from the city of Playa del Carmen in the middle of the Riviera Maya.

You also need to go thru Playa del Carmen if you are going to Cozumel when arriving to the Cancun Airport. You need to take the ferry from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel which takes about 30 minutes to cross leaving every hour and it's first come first served.

When going to Playa del Carmen from the Cancun Airport, the best way to get there is with a Private Transportation booked prior to Arrival. Cancun Airport Transportation to Playa del Carmen can be provided in different features:

Cancun Airport Private Transportation. Transportation provided with vans directly from the Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen, door to door, there are no stops (unless you desire).

Cancun Airport Group Transportation. Transportation provided with big vans that can take up to 16 people with luggage directly from the Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen. Transportation is provided with Volkswagen Crafters or Mercedes Sprinters.
